After chatting to the client whilst doing some general gardening and maintenance, Jack learned that they wanted to attract wildlife into the garden and have a space to relax for themselves. A pond was the solution suggested and with their agreement, the objective was to create a pond from the reclaimed rockery stone, that is pleasant to look at and attractive to wildlife too.

Reusing the stone aided the sustainability and cost of the project and the client was thrilled with the outcome. They particularly commented on how pleased they were with the project being completed within two half-day sessions.

Jack has now planted the border of the pond and two other beds with wildlife attracting plants, bedded in with high quality, organic manure.
